How to sign in to your account
You can use your Railcard account to renew your Railcard, add a Railcard to your phone and update your personal information.
If someone bought a Railcard for you, they’ll need to use their Railcard account to renew or manage your current Railcard. When your Railcard expires, you can create a new account to buy and manage future Railcards.
If you have a 16-17 Saver
You’ll need to sign in to your 16-17 Saver account to manage your Railcard.
If you have a Veterans Railcard
You’ll need to sign in to your Veterans Railcard account to manage your Railcard.
Sign in to your Railcard account
You’ll need your email address and password to sign in to your Railcard account.
The email address linked to your account is usually the one that you used to buy your Railcard online.
Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include at least 1 digit, 1 special character, 1 uppercase character, and 1 lowercase character.
I forgot my password
You can reset your password in a few simple steps. Let’s get you back into your account and on with your journey.
Step 1: Go to account sign in
Select ‘I’ve forgotten my password’ at the bottom of the sign in page to get started.
The Account Recovery page will page will pop up.
Step 2: Enter your email address
On the Account Recovery page, enter the email address linked to your Railcard account.
Step 3: Check your email
You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password.
This email will be sent from no-reply@nationalrail.co.uk and should arrive within a few minutes – check your spam folder as it may have got lost in there.
Select the link in the email.
Step 4: Enter a new password
A new page will pop up and you’ll be asked to enter a new password.
Once your new password is saved, you can sign in to your Railcard account.
