- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings

We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand. Shaw Trust Accessibility Services have advised on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
Should you need to apply for a railcard using a Braille application form to get a physical railcard with Braille you can request this via our form on our FAQ pages. We will come back to you within 10 days.
We are currently working with Shaw Trust Accessibility Services to test our website and content. Their assessment and accreditation process is rigorous. Over 60 hours of accessibility testing by users with a disability goes into every accreditation. This is in addition to a stringent technical assessment by their digital auditors. All assessments are carried out in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines A and AA criteria.
Following this, if necessary, we will develop an accessibility roadmap showing how and when we plan to improve accessibility on our Railcard websites.
If you find any problems not listed on this page or would like to share with us any requests, please contact our customer support team and we will come back to you within 10 days.
